Nestway Pakistan Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between Nestway Pakistan (“Company”) and you (“Affiliate”) regarding participation in the Nestway Pakistan Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). By applying to the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Application Process:
1.1. Affiliate candidates must register as new users on the Website and submit a completed Application Form.
1.2. Applications will be considered only if all mandatory fields are completed accurately with current information.
1.3. The applicant must be at least 18 years of age, possess no criminal record, and have a valid and operational bank account in their name.
Payment:
2.1. Affiliates will receive commission payments via Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.
2.2. Payments will be processed during the first week of each month.
2.3. Commissions are earned according to the Company’s commission policy when a customer purchases a new property.
Refunds:
3.1. In case of a customer refund request, commissions earned on the refunded amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
Term and Termination:
4.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate agreement immediately without prior notice.
4.2. If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions will be paid for past or future customer transactions.
Dormant Affiliate Accounts:
5.1. An affiliate account is considered dormant if no visits have been generated for a period of 6 months.
5.2. Dormant affiliate accounts will be temporarily deactivated after 6 months of inactivity.
General Provisions:
6.1. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Affiliate agrees to abide by them.
6.2. Commissions are subject to approval before being accepted and paid.
6.3. The affiliate relationship does not constitute a professional or formal agreement, and the Affiliate is not an employee of Nestway Pakistan.
6.4. The Affiliate agrees that this relationship is not legally binding and waives the right to take legal action against Nestway Pakistan.
6.5. These affiliate terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
By creating a Nestway Pakistan Affiliate account, the Affiliate confirms having reviewed, understood, acknowledged, and accepted the Terms of Use of Nestway Pakistan.
